Bodyweight Punishers

Bodyweight Punishers

Max reps for each of the following for one minute, ten second rest:

- push ups
- chin ups (then jumping chin ups if failure occurs before one minute)
- bench dips
- leap frog jumps
- eight count body builders
- plank (no reps, just tension!)
- wall sit


Repeat until you know that you're done.
